CEO and President
As CEO and founder of Oliver Marketing, Bob Oliver has demonstrated the ability to build an organization with the diversity and expertise needed to provide manufacturers with complete market penetration. Bob is personally responsible for establishing and maintaining relations with key customer audio/video accounts, e-commerce (Amazon.com), and Costco (including costco.com) among others. Bob's hands-on approach coupled with his sales skills and management style has enabled him to create loyalty within his own organization as well as among the buyers, management personnel and salespeople of the companies with whom he deals on a daily basis.
Vice President, Major Accounts Representative and Channel Development
Gary's contributions to Oliver Marketing over the past 20+ years are second to none. Along with Bob, Gary's roles and responsibilities have evolved over time, and he now regularly manages accounts totaling more than $20 million in sales. With a track record of placing multiple "hot SKUs" in Costco and Costco.com, Gary prides himself on delivering consistent results for our partners. His current passion finds him exploring new products/categories beyond Oliver Marketing's established channels, and then finding the appropriate placement for these new opportunities with the retailers he knows so well—Costco, Costco.com, Amazon.com, Bartell Drugs, Microsoft, Wireless Advocates, and T-Mobile. Though Gary enjoys one of the longest histories at Oliver Marketing, he himself always looks to the future.
Vice President, National and Regional Account Sales, Sales Manager (12-Volt)
Manager of the 12-Volt division, Matt is also responsible for certain major accounts headquartered in Western Washington such as Car Toys and multiple key vendor accounts on Amazon.com. With over 30 years of experience, Matt is a seasoned veteran at fostering growth for all clients – whether online or traditional brick & mortar. He prides himself on understanding his clients' needs and working with our vendor partners to achive the results they want.
Sales Support & Client Care
With almost 20 years of business and customer service experience, Peggy offers invaluable office sales support for Oliver Marketing. Along with her administrative duties, she oversees customer and factory relations, sales orders, return authorization requests, and performs bookkeeping tasks. She has been with Oliver Marketing since 1992.

Joining the Oliver Marketing team in 2008, Lala has become our go-to expert on information management for Amazon.com. Her keen attention to detail and thorough problem-solving skills have helped her become a Vendor Central guru, both in setting up and maintaining vendor accounts. Additionally, Lala is the go-to contact for any issue resolution. Her efforts with this support are an invaluable resource for both us and our vendor partners.
Dan's degree in Graphic Design coupled with over 10 years of web design & development experience is blazing a new trail for Oliver Marketing in the online realm. Along with heading up online efforts, he is also involved in marketing and advertising for the company (both digitally and print) as well as managing promotions, events, and branding activities. Dan brings his innovation and excitement to this position to promote growth and profit for both the company and its relationships.
California Division Sales Manager
Manager of the NORCAL division of Oliver Marketing, Dave has more than 30 years invested in sales, management and business consultation. He is well known in his field, proving his success repeatedly through the years. Dave has a great deal of experience as a sales manager, including a stint as a regional manager for Kenwood USA Corporation. Dave's overall approach to retail and custom sales truly sets him apart from his peers.
Major Accounts Representative
With more than 14 years of retail buying experience, Danny joins the Oliver team after managing the buying/planning for 130+ Fred Meyer/Kroger stores nationwide. Supplementing his affinity for managing electronics and hardware lines, Danny also leans on his background in Business and Finance to help him provide a balanced approach in this support and strategy tactics. In his spare time, you'll either find him golfing or chasing after his 10-month old daughter Vera.
Health & Fitness Channel Sales
With a personal history of playing NCAA basketball and athletic training, it's no surprise that Robert is personally motivated to develop and grow the Health & Fitness category (relatively new to our resume). His experience working within Amazon's Vendor Central system also helps when developing successful ecommerce strategies for our health and fitness accounts.
Alaska Sales Representative, All Channels
Mike has worked in the electronics industry since 1970. He has been involved in the marketing of several major consumer electronics lines in the Pacific Northwest including Hitachi, Toshiba, Emerson and Sharp. Mike has worked with and developed relationships with all the major accounts in the marketplace. Prior to joining our team, Mike was the president of Major Distributors.
Director of Sales, Home AV
Scott joined our team in 2012 and has held several sales roles with our company in a short amount of time. He brings over 15 years of experience in audio/video, custom integration, and business management. Scott focuses on helping dealers improve in all aspects of business, not just sales. He is a big proponent of hands on training and working collaboratively to accomplish team goals. In addition to managing the Oregon and SW Washington markets, he serves as the Director of Sales for Oliver Marketing, Home AV.
12V Sales Manager
Donnie Montgomery has 19 years experience in the car audio industry, all with Rockford Corporation. Donnie served in many roles with Rockford most recently as western regional sales manager. He will serve in a new role with Oliver Marketing as a territory manager in the OR, MT, and ID markets. Donnie will also serve a key role in managing the newest venture for Oliver Marketing as they expand into the Southern CA market.
NorCal Bay Area Territory Manager, Home AV
Robert Dalson has been in the industry since 1991, transitioning into the wholesale side of the business in 1993 when he became a manufacture’s rep at Audio Associates, representing lines such as Niles, Marantz, JBL, Cinematech, AudioControl, Alpine, and many others. Robert is part of the NorCal Home team as an outside rep for both Oliver Marketing and Custom Plus, covering San Francisco up through the North Bay.
NorCal Sacramento/W. Nevada Sales Representative, Home AV
With nearly 30 years of combined experience in every aspect of home A/V, including retail sales, retail management, custom installation, custom integration, project management, programming, territory representation, and management, Steve is an invaluable asset to our dealers in Northern California and Northern Nevada. His goal to be a a truly effective resource and business partner to both his customers and suppliers.
NorCal Central Valley and Nevada Sales Representative, Home AV
Starting in the industry in 1991, Paul brings many years of audio/video retail experience to the plate. His extensive product knowledge allows him to better meet our customer needs, easily making him a favorite "go-to guy" with Home AV accounts in the Sacramento area.

Dennis has over 25 years of retail sales experience, including owning a mobile electronics retail store in the Central Valley for 16 years. Prior to joining the company, Dennis was sales manager for a Northern California distribution company. He shows customers and suppliers careful attention, respect and possesses great follow-through abilities.

John Fernandez has 20+ years in the industry and a BA in Electronic Engineering from ITT. He has worked for manufactures such as: Kenwood, Magnadyne, national sales manager for Autopage Inc. ending in 2011 and the co-founder of Encore Automotive Systems. Fernandez is the So Cal division Sales Manager and covers the following territories: LA, OC and key accounts.

Ryan Rough is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. Ryan has worked for companies such as: Z Marketing, Taylor Marketing, Code Alarm to name a few. Ryan covers the following territories: San Luis Obispo, Kern, and Ventura. Ryan also handles all business with Sonic Electronix.

Rodney has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the car audio industry. He has an extensive technical background since he owned his own expeditor business. He has worked for Western Sales and Marketing, Advanced Marketing, and Taylor marketing to name a few selling brands like Rockford, Voxx, and Hertz Audison.
SoCal West LA/South Bay and North Orange County Territory Manager, Home AV
Wayne joins the Oliver Marketing Team after 20 years at Calwest Marketing. He brings a wealth of knowledge in all channels of distribution including major retail, Hispanic Department Stores, Custom Installation and Integration. He has been instrumental in launching merchandising campaigns with some of the top CE Pro 100 dealers in the LA Market. He is a great asset to the dealers in the greater LA Market.

Michael joins Oliver Marketing after 12 years at Calwest Marketing. He brings valuable technical skills and product knowledge to the market. His responsibilities include retail sales and management, system design, custom installation and project management. Dealers have come to rely on his onsite support and training skills.
